FOUNDER
The firm was established by Mr. Abdul Aziz Khan (late), M.A., LL.B, who started practice in 1962. He is reckoned as a senior lawyer of the High Court of Sindh. His main practice areas were cooperative societies; constitutional matters; banking and finance; admiralty and shipping; family and service matters; general civil litigation. Mr. Abdul Aziz Khan was the founder chairman of the Citizen Cooperative Housing Society, Hyderabad and remained in the same position for 20 years. Mr. Abdul Aziz Khan is considered as leading lawyer of the country on cooperative societies matters. Besides law Mr. Aziz Khan was a literary figure and was widely known in the literary circles. Mr. Aziz Khan was also remained actively involved in handling Constitutional pro bono matters of general public interest. Mr. Aziz Khan like all successful men always believed in human competence and self integrity and honour.

Mr. Aamir Aziz Khan is a Certified Project Finance Consultant from the International Faculty of Finance, University of Middlesex, U.K. Mr. Khan is enrolled with the Supreme Court of Pakistan as well as a Registered Counsel with the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts, UAE. Mr. Aamir has done his Masters in Company and Shipping law and has handled numerous project finance matters representing ADB, IFC, IMF, FMO, DEG, CDC, Bank of Tokyo Mitsubitshi,. Mr. Khan is a member of International Bar Association and has represented Pakistan in the International Visitor’s Leadership Program at United States of America. Mr. Khan is working as a Senior Consultant with Abdul Azeez Al Ameri, Advocates and Legal Consultants having their offices at Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Mr. Khan has recently established an immigration office at Warszawa, Poland. Mr. Khan has also been a faculty members of the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology for two years and taught UK and Malaysian Law. Mr. Khan is a also a member of the International Bar Association, United States of America.

Mr. Asim Aziz Khan has done his law in 2000. He is enrolled with the Honourable High Court of Sindh since 2004. Mr. Asim is a Registered Counsel of the Dubai International Financial Centre Court, UAE. He has also completed a diploma course in Legal Transcription. He handles general civil litigation, corporate matters; registration of trademarks and Patents; Transfer of property matters, etc. He has also performed the duties of an Arbitrator in a number of cooperative matters of different cooperative societies and has given Awards of academic importance. He has also served as member Managing Committee of Sindh High Court Bar Association. Mr. Asim is also an accredited and certified Arbitrator in Karachi Pakistan and handles matters of commercial arbitration.
